I am in this super productive mode this weekend..I miss blogging as productive as I used to be. So, I am going to talk about long skrits, Back in 2005 when I started wearing hijab long skirt was not appealing at all, because the kind of skirts available out there was not pleasing my taste. So I opted for trousers and jeans instead. Then, I started my journey of making clothes of my own, by that I mean coming to tailor not sewing it myself. Then later in 2010, I had my first skirt, the one with the Tulip pattern and now I believe I have about 20 of 'em. And today it's all over the runway, 2011 is about long skirt. My favorite piece is from Jil Sander Spring Summer 2011 with white tees and the simple yet breathtaking long skirts.

Oh, and I love what Abbey Lee has done with her skirts/dress, she is never the black from head to toe model. I love her quirky style, Oh abbey...all those skirts just made my day,,,
