Fall is coming

I wonder what color should I wear this fall (even though it's not fall in my country but I don't care :P). Black,grey, white I think it's too dark and sad, but when I saw the Kate Spade collection for the fall I know that fall does not always have to be filled with dark colors. She used red, pink , yellow, white and a little black ( we all need a little black in life I think). Kate manage to make fall feels like summer or spring with her collection. I looked through some old picture I have...Suddenly want to post this...This was taken a year ago...around August in Bogor Botanical Garden, Bogor West Java. The Garden was created by Thomas Stamford Raffles, he was a General Governor sent by England to role Indonesia, at that time. He also buried his wife here, myth said that if a couple saw the grave then they would break up, it's kind of cursed.

No, it's not snowing, I live on the equator, It would be the end of the world if it's snow or extremely bad effect of global warming. This is Kapok, in my country people use this to stuff pillow and mattress.

Beware of Mrs. Lovett's Meat Pie

Last night before going to sleep I watched Sweeney Tood : The Demon Barber of Fleet Street on HBO. It was funny (for the unreasonable things such as making pie from human flesh, the magic hair product that smells like pee, and others).

Oh I love how Alan Rickman was also in the movie :) Professor Snape (He always reminds me of that role of his). He was the mean Judge who stole Todd's wife by putting him in jail for things he didn't do. He also tricked Todd's wife to be with him, and she killed herself out of guilt. So he took care of Todd's daughter.

What worse, he wanted to marry Johanna, Todd's daughter. She was beautiful just like her mother (Todd's wife) but judge Turpin always locked her in her bedroom. (she reminds me of Rapunzel)

Until one day...Todd was back from his journey around the world with young man named Anthony, they separated their ways...Todd went to the old building that used to be his house and found it changed to Mrs. Lovett's Meat Pie Store. So he ate there and had a talk with Mrs. Lovett then planning on his revenge..... So he became Sweeney Todd...and Anthony who was lost after separating his way from Todd sat on a bench and heard Johanna sang by the window of her bedroom...He fell in love with her and tried to take her away.

I didn't finish the movie, since I was high on aspirin ( I had the worst headache) but I really love the song Anthony sang to Johanna

Meet The Dresses

My friends sometimes wonder what is it with me and flowers, because most of the dresses I own have flower pattern...Well actually, I am just a plain girly girl when it comes to clothes. I have never been able to pull the rock chic bla bla bla style off (no offense). Since little girl my parents dressed me in girly outfits so, until now I still am girly when it comes to my outfit choices :p

That's it!! I know what name I am gonna give to my daughter. It's Chloe !!!

Why? Because I always love what chloe brings out every season :) and also this season. Love the color, love the outfit, love the style. I am totally in love with Chloe, and also totally in love with Hannah Mc.Gibbon design :P. I am drooling over the Resort 2010 collection :)
